CVS and Target Corp. have agreed to settle lawsuits claiming they improperly purchased erectile dysfunction drugs and counterfeit Viagra from two websites, according to the settlement.
The company, which is based in Tempe, Arizona, will be responsible for the purchase of the drugs from the two sites, according to the company. The lawsuits are being investigated by a federal district court in Tempe, Arizona, and will be tried before a federal jury.
The Viagra and Cialis products were purchased by the company from the sites in May 2013, according to court documents.
CVS said that it is working to resolve the cases, which have been pending in state and federal courts throughout the United States since the latter's acquisition of the companies. The companies are also seeking to settle the cases and to pay legal bills.
The suits allege that the companies conspired to purchase Viagra and Cialis from the websites, but were unaware that the medications were counterfeit.
The companies have been accused of illegally selling the drugs to consumers at cost. The lawsuits allege that the products had a hidden or perceived risk of developing dangerous erectile dysfunction, such as erectile dysfunction drugs, and they were bought from unregulated websites.
The lawsuits also allege that the drugs were sold at wholesale prices, and that the drugs were not approved by the FDA for use in treating erectile dysfunction.
The lawsuit is filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
The lawsuits allege that the companies conspired to purchase the drugs from the websites, but were unaware that the medications were counterfeit.
According to the plaintiffs, the websites were purchased by the companies through a website that was set up to advertise the products and the drugs that were being sold.
The lawsuit claims that the websites were sold online for unknown or undisclosed price and that the drugs were not approved by the FDA for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
The lawsuits claim that the companies also knew of the counterfeit drugs and that the companies were selling the drugs to customers for unknown or undisclosed price.
The companies are also seeking to settle the cases and pay legal bills.
The company has filed a new lawsuit against the two websites for their alleged actions.
The lawsuit was filed on October 27th, and will be filed within three days.
The companies are seeking to recover compensation for medical expenses related to the alleged actions.
The suits are filed in federal district court in Tempe, Arizona, which is the largest court in the country.

Men in the UK will be able to buy Viagra over the counter after consulting with a pharmacist and without a prescription for the first time today.
ViagraConnect manufacturer, Pfizer, estimates more than a fifth of men aged over 18 in Britain suffer from erectile dysfunction, but almost half of those over 40 have not sought medical help.
The erectile dysfunction drug will be available in 14,000 stores across Britain and via pharmacy websites.
The tablets will be available exclusively from Boots until 10 April.
Those aged 18 and over will be able to buy the tablets following a conversation with a pharmacist or after filling out an online form. Men can ask to speak to a pharmacist in a private consultation room if preferred.
The pharmacists will determine whether treatment is appropriate for the patient and give advice on erectile dysfunction, usage of the medicine and potential side effects. They will advise men to consult with their doctor no less than six months after buying Viagra so that any potential underlying conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart disease can be investigated.
A Boots spokesperson said that the man affected by erectile dysfunction should buy the drug themselves wherever practically possible.
Men with severe heart problems, those at high risk of heart problems, liver failure, kidney failure, strokes or those taking certain other medicines, will still need to be prescribed the drug under the supervision of a doctor.
A four-pack of the tablets will cost £19.99 and an eight-pack £34.99.
Men who buy it will be advised that they can take a 50 mg tablet an hour before having sex, but should not use more than one pill a day.
Viagra is is already available as an NHS prescription free of charge for those eligible not to pay for their prescriptions.
The pharmacist will decide how many packs will be supplied in a transaction.
